Generali Real Estate Investments Inc., in abbreviated form G.R.E.I., is the management company of the real estate patrimony (115.000 square meters) of the Generali Group in Belgium. This management consists of all main activities, inherent to the real estate property, and in particular :

the purchase and the sale of real estates, including the relating estimations ;

the patrimonial management composed, on the one hand, of the rental negotiations, and, on the other hand, of the activities of maintenance of the assets in a perfect state (current maintenance, global maintenance, renovations) ;

the rental management, containing all daily activities ensuring the good working of the buildings, and attending to the reduction of the working costs, thanks to a policy of appropriate facility management ;

the administrative and accountant management, leading to the establishment of the quarterly detailed accounts of the working expenses of the buildings.

Within the framework of this management, and in particular of rental management, GENERALI REAL ESTATE INVESTMENTS guarantees towards the tenant the maintenance of the direct contact between the leaser and the leased throughout all the lease term, so as to fulfill as well as possible the obligations resulting from the lease.

In addition to these activities of management on own account, the company exerts, taking into account its recognized professional qualifications, activities of management and of real estate consulting for account of third.

Otherwise, within the framework of a joint venture between GENERALI and the American society LEND LEASE REAL ESTATE INVESTMENTS, GENERALI REAL ESTATE INVESTMENTS participates, with the other European societies of the GENERALI Group, to the constitution of European real estate funds for account of big multinational companies, and that, through the society GLL Real Estate Partners GmbH, based in MUNICH.
